I spent over a year in the property I rented in the Royal Oak. Geoffrey my Property Manager made the transition to the property very easy. He was always available whenever I needed advice or assistance. He helped me in every aspect. There were some significant hardships from boarders who left unannounced and left me stranded with paying their share and Geoffrey went above and beyond to help me liaise with the landlords. Axis Property Management in general were amazing support with any information I needed and keeping me up to date with accounts. Communication was easy and arranging inspections was no hassles at all. I was always given a lot of notice. If I come back to Auckland I would hope to find a property through Axis Property Management . Geoffrey and the Team Axis Property Management make you feel comfortable and supported. This made my stay there so much more easier.
